This Bollywood actor set a world record for selfies

Akshay Kumar starrer 'Selfie' will be released next Friday. Now the last minute promotion of the movie is going on. Akshay Kumar made a world record by promoting this movie. The actor has been busy promoting the movie for a few days now. Akshay took 183 selfies with fans in just 3 minutes while promoting the movie in Mumbai on Wednesday. And that's why this actor's name got in the Guinness Book of World Records.

The record was previously held by James Smith of the United States. He took 168 selfies in just 3 minutes on the Carnival Dream cruise ship in 2018. Akshay broke James Smith's record and set a new record.

Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar did not have a good year last year. All the four movies released in theaters were flops. So this Bollywood actor has to think of acting in a new movie to come back. The movie 'Selfie' will be released on February 24. The movie is a Hindi remake of the Malayalam film 'Driving License'. Directed by Raj Mehta, this movie will star Akshay Kumar, Emraan Hashmi, Nusrat Bharucha, Diana Penty and others. Apart from this, Mrunal Tagore will be seen in a guest role.
